Myofascial Trigger Point
Using foam rollers, balls and other massage tools Sabrina can incorporate the work into any session or offer a full 60 minute guided session where the client experiences deep muscular release which is safer than active stretching for many people.

Traditional Fitness Instruction incorporates one or more of the above in conjunction with weight training, exercise bands, Foam rollers, or whatever you have to work on in a one on one 30 or 60 min session right in your home via zoom or FaceTime.

  • I wanted to give a huge shout out to Sabrina! I’ve been coming to the studio for about a month and really enjoying all the classes I’ve taken. However, last night, I could really feel a difference in the workout I was getting. Sabrina is SUCH a great motivator, she really knows how to make you feel confident during the class (even while she’s giving tips on how to improve form). It’s clear that she knows what she’s doing but also that she wants that passion to be had by everyone in her classes and shares that by bringing energy, upbeat workouts, knowledge and trust to each of her participants. Needless to say, I just finished my run this morning and think I need an ice bath for my legs + arms from the Suspend class last night, haha! Hurts SO good! Thanks!!–- Emily D

Assisted Stretch

Based in Thai Bodywork which is an ancient system that traces its origins back some 2,500 years to Thailand where it has been taught and practiced, assisted stretch is a fusion of various bio-mechanical disciplines in which massage, reiki, acupressure and yoga stretches are dominant. It differs from western massage, in that it emphasizes pressing, compression, and stretching as opposed to rubbing or kneading and no oils or lotions are used. To receive the work the client remains fully dressed in comfortable loose fitting clothes and lies on a large comfortable floor mat. The practitioner will use hands, forearms, elbows and even feet when applicable, applying pressure in a rhythmic flow of movement. In response to the pressure on reflex points tension and stagnant material trapped in the clients joints, muscles and connective tissues is released. This results in improved flexibility, good health, emotional and physical wellness in the young or old, active or inactive. You do not need to be flexible or know yoga each session is fit to the comfort level of the recipient.
